Visit U7BUY’s CS:GO account shop for the best deals. CSGO is an incredibly popular game, and for good reason! Not only are there a ton of unique weapons and ways to play, but also plenty of different game modes to explore and experiment with. Whether it is that you just wanna try something new out of your comfort zone or are new to the game, picking the best mode for you is important.
There are three different categories of game modes in CSGO that we will go through one by one. The first are the Classic Casual or Classic Competitive modes. These classic modes contain the usual bomb defusal and hostage missions. However, both casual and competitive modes will have a different set of the players you will work and compete against.
“Enhance your BeamNG.drive experience with BeamNG mods. Explore a world of custom vehicles, maps, and features designed to take your gameplay to the next level.”
The classic modes contain several unique scenarios. The bomb scenario includes the Terrorist side planting a C4 bomb as the Counter-Terrorists defend the bombsite. The hostage scenario has the Terrorist side defending hostages while the Counter-Terrorists attempt to rescue them. Wingman is a 2 vs. 2 match while playing the bomb scenario. Meanwhile, the Premier Competitive has players select maps to play on in a veto system.
The next type of game modes are the War modes. These three modes are not a main part of CSGO, but still fun nonetheless. Demolition involves defusing a bomb while using weapon progression mechanics. Arms Race is a respawning deathmatch where players respawn with a new weapon each time. Flying Scoutsman has gravity reduced with all players being able to use an SSG 08 rifle with perfect accuracy. Then finally, Retakes has three Terrorists defend a planted bomb from four Counter-Terrorists.
The last category of game modes are just called Missions, which can be played during operations. For example, the Guardian mission has two players fighting off waves of bots. The other includes Co-op Strike, where two players fight against an AI controlled Terrorist team in a story-driven scenario.
The last two game modes are not in any of the above categories mentioned, but they are both still popular ways to play. Deathmatch is quite literally a team-based respawning deathmatch. The other is called Danger Zone, which is a battle-royale style game mode where the last player standing wins. Both of these modes are played on PC only.
While there are plenty of ways to play and enjoy CSGO online with other players, there is also an offline option. This allows all game modes except for Danger Zone to be playable with AI bots, which can be perfect for players who want to have a quick match, or train up for online. No matter what, there is always a game mode perfect for you. U7BUY has plenty of deals for Counter-Strike:Global Offensive to check out now.
