Colby Tutt entered the world as the survivor of Danita’s abuse. The child endured hospitalization in 2016 and tragically passed away in 2020. Danita subjected Colby to starvation for several days and subjected him to unnecessary surgeries, involving doctors and hospice personnel when it was unwarranted.
The case was reported in 2016, and in 2018, Danita was found guilty and sentenced to a twenty-year prison term. Unfortunately, Colby Tutt has since passed away as of 2021.
His untimely death has left everyone in profound grief. According to a Facebook post, he passed away on October 3, 2020. His family, especially his father and brother, are deeply saddened by his departure.
Danita subjected Colby to weeks of starvation. Although he was later admitted to the hospital and provided with adequate nutrition, he had already suffered severe conditions, including malnutrition and sepsis.
Sepsis is a condition where an individual’s blood pressure becomes excessively low, affecting the immune system. Danita Tutt from “Charged: Guilty or Innocent?” is eligible for parole, but there is no information on her release from prison.
In 2018, she was found guilty of starving her son, Colby, resulting in a five-year prison sentence until October 17, 2023. She became eligible for parole on April 18, 2021, but her applications have been consistently denied due to the sensitivity of the case. If released, she will face a probation period of ten years.
Apart from his mother Danita, Colby had a father named Clint and a younger brother named Colton. However, there is no additional information available regarding the rest of his family.
